Frequently asked questions
EMMO filter or E400 reverse osmosis: which one?
The EMMO filter is the first move: simple, discreet, effective against chlorine, pesticides and the targeted PFAS. The E400 goes further, rejecting 96% of dissolved salts and particles for ultra-pure water. Usage, budget, expectations: our technicians help you decide during the free visit.
Does reverse-osmosis water lack minerals?
The membrane does retain most dissolved salts, that is the principle. But around 90% of your mineral intake comes from food, not water. We cover this in detail in our article “Reverse-osmosis water and minerals: what the science actually says”, and our technicians answer your questions during the visit.
Up to how many users?
With 15 litres of chilled water per hour, the Office 15 is sized for around thirty regular users, an office floor, a shop, a practice. Beyond that, or in high-traffic areas, we recommend the Office 30/45.
What does annual maintenance involve?
The EGBT SA maintenance contract covers filter replacement, full circuit sanitisation, checks on settings and carbonation, with a report handed over after every visit. One to two visits per year depending on usage.
