Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for professional use?
Yes, for a small team, workshop, boutique, practice, up to about ten regular users. For around thirty people, the Office 15 is better sized; beyond that, the Office 30/45.
How do I get sparkling water?
The FIZZ version connects to a food-grade CO₂ cylinder: the dispenser then carbonates water on demand. EGBT SA installs the connection, tunes the fizz intensity and supplies replacement cylinders.
What maintenance does it need?
One annual visit from our technicians: replacement of the EMMO filtration cartridge if the option is fitted, circuit sanitisation and a check of the settings. Everything is scheduled, we call you when it’s time.
How much space should I allow?
24 cm wide, 45.1 cm deep, 42.5 cm high and 16 kg: the Family sits on a worktop near a cold-water supply and a 230 V socket. Our technicians confirm the location during the site visit.
