Frequently asked questions
Up to how many users?
With 15 litres of chilled water per hour, the Office 15 is sized for around thirty regular users, an office floor, a shop, a practice. Beyond that, or in high-traffic areas, we recommend the Office 30/45.
How does it differ from the Office 30/45?
The flow rate (15 L/h versus 30–45 L/h), the format, the Office 15 is the size of a coffee machine, and the finish: the Office 30/45 adds stainless-steel buttons and the AISI 316 coil for spaces that host a lot of public. The EGBT SA service is identical on both.
Is the filtration essential?
Mains water remains safe to drink without filtration; the optional EMMO system removes chlorine and noticeably refines the taste. It is the option we recommend most often, our technicians let you taste the difference at commissioning.
Where does it connect?
All it needs is a cold-water supply and a 230 V socket near its location. The full installation, connection, settings, quality test, is carried out by our technicians in half a day at most.
