What is the difference between a mains-fed dispenser and a bottled cooler?
A mains-fed dispenser connects to the city water supply and filters water on site: no more ordering, storing and lifting bottles, a stable cost and far less plastic. Quality no longer depends on a stock, but on maintenance, which we guarantee under contract.
Do I need a water supply point?
Yes: a cold-water supply and a 230 V socket near the chosen location. That is exactly what our technicians check during the free site visit, and in the vast majority of offices and shops, the connection is done cleanly in half a day.
What does the maintenance contract include?
Scheduled service visits, replacement of genuine EMMO filters, full circuit sanitisation, checks of the settings and priority call-outs in case of breakdown. A report is handed over after every visit.
How fast is installation in Geneva or Lausanne?
The quote goes out within one business day after the visit. Once approved, installation is scheduled within a few working days around your agenda, and the on-site work takes half a day at most.
