Every Talassa unit sold by EGBT SA is fitted by our technicians, monitored under a maintenance contract and repaired by the same team, across Geneva and the whole canton of Vaud.

Our process, from site visit to after-sales

  1. Site visit & diagnosis

    We come to your home or office: water supply, pressure, space, actual usage. The quote is free and without obligation.

  2. A clear quote

    Equipment, installation, consumables, maintenance contract: everything in writing, in CHF, no hidden lines. Answer within one business day.

  3. Clean installation

    Connection, settings, commissioning, quality test. Half a day for a dispenser, about two hours for a filter or RO unit.

  4. Scheduled maintenance

    Cartridge changes, checks, circuit sanitisation for dispensers. Every deadline is scheduled and announced in advance.

  5. Local after-sales

    In the event of a fault, a technician based in the region contacts you and intervenes promptly, with no offshore hotline.

The maintenance contract

Annual contracts covering preventive visits, genuine EMMO filters and cartridges, sanitisation and priority call-outs. A report after every visit, useful for your self-checks if you host the public.

Frequently asked questions

Do you operate outside Geneva and Vaud?

No, and it’s a deliberate choice. We voluntarily limit our territory to Geneva and the canton of Vaud: that is what allows us to guarantee short lead times, technicians who know your water network, and genuinely responsive after-sales.

Are cartridges kept in stock?

Yes. Genuine EMMO cartridges, filters and consumables are stocked locally by EGBT SA. No overseas ordering, no supplier lead time: what’s needed is in the technician’s vehicle at the scheduled visit.

Can I take out maintenance for equipment that is already installed?

Yes, for any Talassa/EMMO unit already in place. We start with an inspection visit, circuit condition, settings, filter wear, and the maintenance contract then starts on a sound basis.

How fast are repairs?

You call, a local technician calls you back quickly to qualify the fault, often solvable over the phone. If a visit is needed, customers under a maintenance contract get priority call-outs.
