Purpose and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to answer your request and prepare a quote. Processing is based on your explicit consent, given via the form checkbox, which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for EGBT SA only. Form data passes through the provider Web3Forms, acting as a processor for technical delivery. It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Data is kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. They can be exercised by writing to contact@talassa.egbtsa.ch, in accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR for persons located in the EU.
