Fitted on your incoming mains, the Lylö station combines three functions in a single unit: advanced filtration that captures particles, sediment and sludge right at the inlet, a built-in ion-exchange softener that removes limescale, and two Smat Technology reactor filters that strip out chlorine, pesticides and PFAS. One machine, and every tap in the house changes quality.

What is the difference between Lylö and Softy?
Softy is a softener: it treats limescale and nothing else. Lylö is a complete station: it softens, but it also filters particles and removes chlorine, pesticides and PFAS through its two reactor filters. Choose Softy if limescale is your only concern, and Lylö if you also want to improve the water you drink.
Do I still need a drinking water filter?
No. Lylö treats the water across the whole home, kitchen tap included, and its reactor filters remove chlorine, pesticides and PFAS. That is precisely what sets it apart from a conventional softener, which only handles limescale and leaves the taste of chlorine untouched.
How much space does it need, and who installs it?
Allow 840 mm in height, 380 mm in width and 650 mm in depth, close to the incoming mains. EGBT SA technicians visit free of charge across Geneva and Vaud to check the location, the pressure and the water hardness before you order anything.
What servicing and warranty apply?
Commissioning is included in the price. The annual service by EGBT SA extends the parts and labour warranty from two to five years. The BE SOFT Pure Water app warns you when a salt refill or a service is coming up, so there is nothing for you to monitor.
